I completed my Master of Science degree in Occupational therapy and my Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Spaulding University in Louisville, KY. Occupational therapists have a passion for improving individuals’ quality of life and maximizing potential to get great outcomes while helping others reach their goals. I carry this principle into my new role here at Marquis/Collingswood and demonstrate this with residents and staff under my leadership.
My focus will be to continue to support the great clinical leaders here at Collingswood while improving customer service, professionalism, clinical outcomes, budgetary concerns while addressing the cultural needs of the building.

Director of NursingHi , I am Pedro Figueroa your Director of Nursing at Collingswood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. I was born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, and come to you with 6 years of experience in long term care and 5 years of experience in ICU. I feel blessed to work at Collingswood and to be surrounded by a professional and dynamic team. Also, I looks forward to being part of the success of Collingswood and Marquis family while providing guidance and education to our nursing staff. Director of HRMy name is Debra Cruickshank.
I am the Human Resources (HR) Director here at Collingswood. I really enjoy cooking and trying out new dishes. It’s always exciting to explore different cuisines and flavors. Experimenting in the kitchen is a fun way for me to learn and get creative with food.
At Collingswood I play a vital role in managing and nurturing the workforce that delivers essential care to residents. My position requires a combination of healthcare knowledge, HR expertise, and compassion to effectively support the staff and contribute to the overall well-being of the facility.
I have 18 years of combine experience in human resources with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. My experience in healthcare settings, especially in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, is highly valued. Collingswood maintains a positive and supportive work environment for both staff satisfaction and resident care.
I am responsible for recruiting qualified and compassionate staff, including nurses, certified nursing assistants (CNAs/GNAs), therapists, and support personnel. Diane Heiderman
Director of RehabilitationMy name is Diane Heiderman, and I proudly serve as the Director of Rehabilitation here at Collingswood. I have 20+ years’ experience as an Occupational Therapy practitioner with certifications in Dementia, Wound Care and PTSD/Trauma/Recovery. I have spent my entire career working in the Skilled Nursing Industry and love every moment of working with this population. When I am not at work I serve and lead in a National, Christian based 12-step recovery ministry working alongside women to help them heal from Abuse and Trauma. I also love baking yummy desserts and spending time with my Hubby, 3 children and 3 doggies.

I am the Business Officer Manager here at Collingswood. I am a well-seasoned healthcare professional, with over 15 years of experience in financial management and operations within the healthcare field. At Collingswood, I’m responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business office, including accounts receivable, collections, and ensuring all our eligible long-term care residents are approved for Medical Assistance, just to name a few.
My commitment to excellence and servicing the nursing home population earned me recognition of New BOD (Business Office Director) 2020 Honorable Mention for Northeast District.
Outside of work, I am passionate about spending quality time with my family. I enjoy traveling, playing Spades, music and absolutely love dancing!

Sheba Robinson
MDS DirectorHello, my name is Sheba MDS Director for Collingswood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. I began my distinguished career after graduating college with BA in Management entering the field of Human Resources Management within the hospitality industry. My role in this sector allowed me to garner skills in personal management and organizational development.
In 2001, I transitioned to the healthcare industry, where I initially served as an HR Manager. My passion for healthcare and commitment to making a difference in patient care led me to further my education and skills. In 2008, I achieved a significant milestone by becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and I was promptly promoted to the position of MDS Coordinator in 2009, a testament to my exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.
Driven by a desire to enhance clinical expertise, I pursued and attained my Registered Nursing Licensure in 2014. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my attention to details, team spirit, caring and compassionate to attitude, and effective communication qualities that have greatly contributed to my success in both HR and Nursing roles.
