New, Respected Physicians at Collingswood Rehab<\/h1>\n

To continue delivering best in class skilled nursing, long term care and many clinical services we appoint respected physicians to clinical leadership positions here at Collingswood Rehab. 
\nTruong Bao<\/a>, MD, CMD, is the new medical director and Sayed Elsayyad<\/a>, MD, is the subacute medical director. The announcement of these two key clinical leadership appointments follows the recent completion of a $7 million modernization of our 160-bed skilled nursing facility, where we provide\u202fpost-hospital care, short-term\u202frehab<\/a>\u202fand long-term residential care<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Dr. Bao and Dr. Elsayyad each possess deep experience in geriatric medicine. The board-certified physicians are affiliated with Montgomery Medical Associates<\/a>, PC, where Dr. Bao serves as its chairman of the board and Dr. Elsayyad as partner and chief medical officer.<\/p>\n
