I am Titania El Bey, your newly named licensed nursing home administrator. I come to you with 20 years of experience in long term care. I completed my Master of Science degree in Occupational therapy and my Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Spaulding University in Louisville, KY. Occupational therapists have a passion for improving individuals\u2019 quality of life and maximizing potential to get great outcomes while helping others reach their goals. I carry this principle into my new role here at Marquis\/Collingswood and demonstrate this with residents and staff under my leadership.<\/p>\n
My focus will be to continue to support the great clinical leaders here at Collingswood while improving customer service, professionalism, clinical outcomes, budgetary concerns while addressing the cultural needs of the building.<\/p>\n

Hi , I am Pedro Figueroa your Director of Nursing at Collingswood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. I was born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, and come to you with 6 years of experience in long term care and 5 years of experience in ICU. I feel blessed to work at Collingswood and to be surrounded by a professional and dynamic team. My name is Diane Heiderman, and I proudly serve as the Director of Rehabilitation here at Collingswood. I have 20+ years’ experience as an Occupational Therapy practitioner with certifications in Dementia, Wound Care and PTSD\/Trauma\/Recovery. I have spent my entire career working in the Skilled Nursing Industry and love every moment of working with this population. When I am not at work I serve and lead in a National, Christian based 12-step recovery ministry working alongside women to help them heal from Abuse and Trauma. I also love baking yummy desserts and spending time with my Hubby, 3 children and 3 doggies.<\/p>\n

Hello, my name is Sheba MDS Director for Collingswood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. I began my distinguished career after graduating college with BA in Management entering the field of Human Resources Management within the hospitality industry. My role in this sector allowed me to garner skills in personal management and organizational development.
\nIn 2001, I transitioned to the healthcare industry, where I initially served as an HR Manager. My passion for healthcare and commitment to making a difference in patient care led me to further my education and skills. In 2008, I achieved a significant milestone by becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and I was promptly promoted to the position of MDS Coordinator in 2009, a testament to my exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.
\nDriven by a desire to enhance clinical expertise, I pursued and attained my Registered Nursing Licensure in 2014.
